Main responsibilities: I am a Health and Risk adviser with 25 years’ experience in the market. I like to support my clients on their Risk and Healthcare benefits and answering any and every query that comes my way!

Why did you join? I love that this is a small company with a great reputation of putting clients first.

What do you like most about the company? That everyone is so friendly and is so approachable.

What qualities/experience do you bring to your role? With my experience I bring understanding of more complex queries and how to best resolve the issue in the best interests of a member or the company.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? I love talking to clients and supporting them on their queries, but also finding solutions to their problems and getting the best outcome for all parties concerned.

What’s your favourite workplace perk? That we have fruit and treats for everyone to enjoy.

Any hobbies? I have a Peloton bike, going to church and meeting friends for cocktails and dinners out.

Favourite band/artist? Take That, Queen, Michael Bublé or Elton John depending on my mood.

Any guilty pleasures music wise? Any boyband from A1 to Westlife!

Favourite film? Dirty Dancing is the film I watch over and over but I like all movies aside from horror!!
